Hans Blix speaks on North Korea

Hans Blix is a former Swedish foreign minister who headed the International Atomic Energy Agency from 1981 to 1997 speaks to Al Jazeera English about the implications of 'the dear leader's' death for the country's nuclear ambitions. Blix was also from 2000 to 2003 the United Nation's chief weapons inspector. He speaks from Stockholm, Sweden.
